  • 02

    Whole-home repipe

Copper or PEX repipe for homes with galvanized or failing original pipes. Common in 1950s–70s South Bay homes — Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance. We re-pipe one zone at a time so you keep water through the project.

  • 03

    Tankless & high-efficiency water heater

Rinnai, Navien, Noritz tankless installs. Hybrid heat-pump water heaters when the climate fits. We size to your fixture count, not a salesman's quota.

    Kitchen & bath fixture replacement

Faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, sinks, dishwashers, and shower valves — installed clean, tested, no surprise leaks under the cabinet a month later.

  • 05

    Slab leak detection & repair

Acoustic and pressure-based slab leak detection, with repair by re-route or in-slab patch. We minimize concrete demolition by finding the exact leak before we open the slab.

FAQ

Common questions.

How fast can you get to a plumbing emergency at my home?
For repeat clients in the South Bay, usually 2–4 hours during business hours. Call (310) 418-0258. We prioritize active leaks (flooding), sewage backups, and no-water situations. Gas-leak emergencies should call SoCalGas first, then us for the repair.
Do I need to repipe my home?
Maybe. Signs of needing a repipe: rusty water from taps, low pressure throughout the house, pinhole leaks in copper, or galvanized pipes original to a pre-1970 home. We can scope and pressure-test before recommending — many homes can defer repipe with strategic patches.
Tankless or tank water heater — which is right for my home?
Tankless makes sense if: your home is gas-piped at the heater location, you want endless hot water, and you'll be in the house 10+ years (the payback period). Tank water heaters cost less up front and are still right for many homes — especially when the existing gas line is undersized.
Can you handle plumbing for an ADU build?
Yes — ADU plumbing has specific California Code rules around separate water shut-off, sewer connection, and gas tap from the main house. We've plumbed dozens of ADUs across Torrance, Harbor City, and the wider South Bay and know what your AHJ wants in the inspection.
My toilet keeps clogging — do I need a new sewer line?
Not necessarily. We camera the line first. Most clogs are blockages we can hydro-jet clear. If the line is collapsed, root-intruded, or made of failing cast iron, replacement makes sense. We always inspect before we propose the bigger fix.
Are your plumbers licensed?
Yes. DECOMA holds CSLB Class A and B licenses (#375508), with C-36 plumbing trade work performed by in-house licensed plumbers. We're bonded and insured. We pull permits — we don't ask homeowners to.
