FAQ

Common questions.

Do you handle Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms certified installs?
Yes — we install certified Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco Webex Room equipment for commercial clients. Certified means the equipment combination is tested and supported by the platform, not just any camera/mic that happens to work.
Can you handle large conference room audio with multiple participants?
Yes — ceiling-array microphones (Shure MXA920, Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling, Audix M3) cover boardroom and training-room scenarios well. We design beam-forming arrays to the room dimensions and program the DSP to handle echo, gain structure, and AGC properly.
What about audio for restaurants with multiple zones?
Standard. We design with 70V distributed systems for floor coverage, with separate zones for dining, bar, patio, and back-of-house. Each zone has its own volume and source. Multi-property restaurant clients can manage all zones centrally via Sonos Pro or BluOS.
Do you do digital signage for retail and corporate?
Yes. Single displays, video walls (LED or LCD-tiled), interactive kiosks. Content management via BrightSign, Samsung MagicInfo, or your existing CMS. Coordinated with your IT and brand teams.
Will the AV system survive an IT refresh in three years?
If we design it right, yes. We spec to open standards (Dante for audio, NDI for video, HDBaseT for control) so future equipment swaps don't require re-pulling cable. We don't lock you into a single manufacturer's ecosystem.
Do you provide ongoing service contracts?
Yes — most commercial AV systems benefit from annual maintenance and firmware-update contracts. We offer scheduled service plans for repeat South Bay clients, with priority response for outage events.
