Permit & order
Permit pulled with the AHJ when required. Equipment ordered (commercial doors typically 4-12 weeks lead time depending on customization).

Build & install
Coordinate with the GC schedule and tenant operations. Construction typically 2-6 weeks on-site for new builds; installs 1-2 weeks per door.

Test, train, & sign-off
Operator programming, safety reverse testing, life-safety inspection. Train facility staff on operation and maintenance basics.
