Yes. Broken storefront glass — we board up same-day for repeat clients, schedule the permanent replacement once new glass arrives (typically 1-2 weeks for tempered safety glass).

What about Title 24 energy compliance?

Every commercial window replacement triggers Title 24 review. We spec NFRC-rated assemblies with U-factor and SHGC values that meet your climate zone (most South Bay is Zone 6 or 8). We carry the compliance documentation through inspection.

Do you do fire-rated openings in tenant improvements?

Yes. Tenant improvements in occupancy classes I, R, and certain mercantile spaces often require fire-rated separations. We spec UL-labeled assemblies, install with the required smoke seals, and the inspector signs them off.
