John Notaro leads and manages every aspect of DECOMA Industries — from day-to-day operations to the finish work that defines the company’s portfolio. He specializes in high-end residential and commercial finishing, expertly enhancing the service and aesthetic qualities that move a property up its market.
His passion and attention to detail are visible in every project he signs. His decades of experience are the assurance behind the work: scopes that come in honest, schedules that hold, and finishes that stand up to a ten-year walkthrough.
John started at DECOMA at five years old as a junior apprentice to the company’s founder. He grew up learning that design, construction, and management are equally responsible for the success of every project — and that no one part of the business stands on its own. After school, he took the Construction Manager seat, running planning, logistics, hiring, training, and the full property-management portfolio. Today, that’s still how he runs the company.
