Virginia Graeme Baker Act compliance — dual main drains, anti-entrapment covers, SVRS for single-drain pools. Required by federal law on every public pool.

ADA pool lifts & access
Permanently installed pool lifts compliant with ADA Title III. Transfer walls, sloped entries, accessible decking. We carry the inspection through to sign-off.

Commercial filtration & energy upgrades
Sand or DE filtration sized to bathing load, variable-speed pumps (CEC Title 20 required), automatic chemical controllers (chlorine/pH), heater upgrades.

Design & permit
Engineered plans, structural calcs, LA County Public Health Pool plan-check, building permit. We carry the conversation with the AHJ.

Construction
Shutdown coordinated with property management, work phased to minimize tenant disruption. Commercial pool renovations typically run 6-12 weeks.

Health-inspection startup
Equipment commissioned, water chemistry stabilized, LA County Public Health inspection passed, certificate of operation posted. Pool reopens.
