ULTRA-MODERN DREAM HOME.
The Raymond Estate project began with an existing single-family home that was demolished. DECOMA completed a site survey and soil test, then engaged an architect to design a new ultra-modern home, complete with a rooftop swimming pool.
Once plans were approved by the City of Redondo Beach, the entitled site was ready to move forward into the next phase of development. This project is an example of DECOMA’s ability to create value in the development phase, which can be attributed to its 40-year history as an architectural and engineering firm.
