DECOMA redeveloped and restored this building located at the northern gateway of Old Torrance in Southern California.
DECOMA changed the use of the entire second floor that was occupied by a 32-room, efficiency hotel into Torrance’s first loft-style apartments.
The ground floor, which was nearly vacant, was completely leased to new and vibrant tenants who represented the changing flavor of Old Town Torrance.
